This cartoon shows us about a group of working people that want to get involved in a teamwork program. Sound might not interest, because they think they will not get the incentive. But, still they have to do it, so they put someone go in front. At last, the award is belonging to them but nothing change.
This phenomenon seems like in our environmental awareness among Malaysian. We need sustain development desperately. To achieve this, people have to work together. Normally, people never do something that will not give benefit to them. We never realize that our responsibility to environment should be all the incentive we need. Thus, only certain parties get involved in this program, especially government and NGOs. They organized a lot of programmed for people to go along. But only small numbers joined this programmed will make it no different for an example is recycling programmed.
The awareness among our people still lack, but what about the people that really know the effect and still ignore the action and hope that someone do it for them? So, people need to think critically to make something difference. We need support from all parties to ensure the arranged programme is succesful. We cannot get a lot of money from environment activity other than the important thing is when we satisfied what we have done. Cost and worth are very different things.
